Yorkshire had to wait an hour for the break through. Then Bresnan came on and made an immediate impact taking three in four balls. Jacques out for 21, Smith bowled first ball and then Hick second ball to a brilliant Younus catch. Rashid then got into the act dismissing captain Solanki for 19. Bresan then got a fourth went he sent back Batty. On keeper Davies offered any resistance with 38. Leg spinner Rashid maintained his fine form working his way through the lower order as the visitors were bowled out for 132. Bresnan's remarkable figures 10-6-10-4, Rashid took 4-47.
